Shipping & Deliveries

Blue Jean Baby is pleased to offer all customers free worldwide shipping!

All UK orders are delivered free of charge by express courier.  Orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the next day and will arrive the following working day.

International orders are sent free of charge via DHL Express.  Orders received before 3pm (UK time) will be dispatched the following day and are typically delivered with three to five days depending on your location.

Your jewellery will be fully insured during transit.  Your signature will be required on receipt.

For international orders, please be aware that you may need to pay import/customs duty and/or VAT on delivery.  Rates vary by country, so please get in touch with your local customs agency with any questions.  We charge no tax or vat on any orders.

We have a satisfaction guarantee, so if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your order for a full refund.  Please see our return policy for further details.
